Handsome & Humble is an ongoing series from Handsome Phantom about the games in the Humble Monthly Bundle. Humble Monthly is subscription service ($12 per month) from Humble that give subscribers a bundle of PC games each month. There are always some AAA titles, as well as a handful of indie games. The bundles are usually worth somewhere around $200, so we think its an awesome value for what subscribers pay.
Subscribers also have the option to pay for the next month’s bundle early, in order to get the “early unlock”, which is typically two or three of the games from the next month’s bundle. Handsome and Humble is the monthly series where we look at what you’ll get in the early unlock as well as a quick overview of the games from the last bundle.

Destiny 2
The long-awaited sequel to the original Destiny game was released on PC in October 2017. First, lets just get this out of the way: Bungie messed up with Destiny 2 when it came to the DLC (Curse of Osiris), which most gamers felt was incomplete at its best and greedy at its worst, locking players without the DLC out of game content. However, with that being said, Destiny 2 was an extremely fun game experience with a number of improvements from the original.
Destiny 2, unlike its predecessor, features a really cool story that draws players deeper into the universe. This game also features the Halo-style physics we’ve come to love, and the customizable combat skill system you would get from a Borderlands game. If you enjoyed the gameplay of Destiny, you will love Destiny 2. This game also features a 6-man raid, which is extremely fun and rewarding as long as you have a team that can handle all of the challenges.

Each monthly bundles contains a handful of other titles as well, some that are well known, some that are not so well known. Since we can’t tell you about any of the other titles that will be in June’s bundle, here’s a quick overview of the games in last month’s bundle!
Crazy Machines 3 – Build a whole bunch of Rube Goldberg machines to accomplish your goals
Dead Rising 4 – Journalists, explosives, and zombies! Oh my! The most recent installment of the weird, beloved game series about killing zombies with unrealistic weapons
Jalopy – Start with a literal pile of junk and upgrade your car in this semi-realistic simulator with a very interesting art style
Kerbal Space Program – Players assume control of an alien race’s space program, with the goal of building whatever kind of spacecraft will allow you to reach other planets. Hilarity ensues when you inevitably build catastrophic space pods
Moon Hunters – This action RPG with some rougelike elements will have players addicted to solving the problem of the 5-day cycle you find yourself trapped in
NBA Playgrounds – You guys remember NBA Jam? This game’s easy to use controls plunges player into the same kind of 2-on-2 awesomeness that we love
Running With Rifles – Pretty self explanatory. This top-down shooter with some RPG elements puts players in control of an ordinary soldier in order to test their tactical prowess
